Wisco Research LLC, organized in July 2008, is an independent equity research firm
focused primarily on underfollowed small-and-mid capitalization U.S. common stocks.
Our sole mission is to produce, distribute, and market actionable investment research
ideas to the institutional investor community.

Research Production…

Wisco was founded on the principle of independence. In order to remain impartial
and objective in our opinions we do not engage in company-commissioned research,
proprietary trading, or traditional investment banking activities. We are free from
most conflicts of interests common to the brokerage industry. We are purely an
institutional research and sales firm.

Our sole research mission is to identify and publish timely investment ideas with
the objective of making our clients money. Our research approach is
fundamentally-driven and includes a thorough analysis of company and
industry-specific investment drivers. We use a three-tiered investment rating
system (Buy, Hold and Sell).

Each analyst brings a unique background, desire and skill set to Wisco. As a result,
our analysts are given the freedom to source investment ideas and conduct due
diligence based on their own philosophies, process and methodologies. Wisco
believes this offers our analysts the flexibility to function optimally.

Research Distribution…

Our research is distributed through a co-branded research partnership with Morgan
Joseph, a full service broker-dealer based in New York City. Under this partnership,
we produce a FINRA-compliant, co-branded research product which is made
available to institutional clients of both Firms. Wisco analysts work in partnership
with Morgan Joseph sales and trading personnel to better service clients.
Wisco analysts are FINRA-registered through Morgan Joseph.

Research Sales…

Under our co-branded research agreement with Morgan Joseph, each analyst is paid
under a revenue sharing agreement based on our contribution to the institutional
trading flow at the Firm.
